I seem to be in a rut. At least it's a healthy rut.
Since the Seder last Friday I have been trying to eat up the spinach ML conveniently left in the fridge. This will be day four of Spinach Salad for lunch. Not that I'm complaining, no way! It's yummy and healthy. I try to make it look like a salad I purchased at, oh, maybe Whole Foods :)
